Directions
As a dietary supplement, take one (1) capsule each of Step 1 and
Step 2 in the morning and evening with a full glass of water. Increase
the daily intake of both products by one (1) capsule until achieving
2-3 bowel movements per day. Do not exceed six (6) capsules of each
product daily. Once bowel function is regulated, reduce the number
of capsules for each Step to 1 or 2 daily, ingesting the minimum
amount necessary to maintain normal bowel function. We recommend
drinking at least eight (8) glasses of water daily.
